Returns Policy

If a part is not what you expected, we will help you make it right. Here is how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on most parts. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all hardware.

What Cannot Be Returned

• Custom-machined components made specifically for your build.
• Complete conversion kits that have been installed or partially installed.
• Electrical components once the package has been opened.
• Parts showing signs of installation attempts, scratches, or modification.

How to Start a Return

1. Call us at (763) 754-1511 or email famm.llc@hotmail.com with your order number.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address.
3. Pack the part in its original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside of the box.
4. Ship it back. We recommend insuring the package and saving the tracking number.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned conversion kits and large adapter assemblies. This covers re-inspection, packaging, and re-shelving. Small parts under $200 are returned without a restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part for your truck, call us before shipping it back. We will often swap it for the correct part and only charge the price difference plus return freight.
