This fan hub adapter, made of Billet Aluminum and CNC Machined, allows for the easy conversion of a Ford 6.4 fan to a 12 or 24v fan clutch. It comes with all the necessary hardware for installation and is a valuable addition for those performing 08-10 6.4 swaps with a 12/24v Cummins engine or any other type of engine swap. This adapter is specifically designed for use with the large 6.4 (26in) plastic fan.
