Transmission Adapter for a 1989-2002 12/24v Cummins to 1999-2002 7.3 ZF6 

Precision machined transmission adapter comes with all the necessary hardware for a seamless installation. All 7.3 zf6 require a flywheel spacer which comes included.

We have found that on the 7.3zf6 it is better to run a flywheel spacer then a thinner plate as we have seen case flex causing input shaft bearing failure overtime.

We recommend any single disc clutch from a 99-03 7.3 zf6. We have had real good luck with a LUK 07181 clutch holding up to sub 350hp/700ft

Adapter will also work on Dual Disc clutch's

Adapter is designed to use a LUK LFW300 and will need to be machined to fit the 6303 pilot bearing. When used with the LUK LFW300 no starter spacer is needed, any single disc 99-02 7.3 zf6 clutch will bolt to this flywheel.

Adapter use a 03-07 6.0 Power stroke or 08-10 6.4 Power stroke Starter. We recommend the 6.4 starter as the 6.0 starter on some transmission might require bell housing clearance. On some Cummins engine a small amount of grinding is need on block to clearance starter(see last pic)
